Live Arrival Guarantee Policy
In the extremely rare case of a dead on arrival discus please don't worry. All you have to do is a send a video of discus as described below.
Take a video of the dead fish inside the unopened bag
Take another video of the fish in the tank with a focus on the mouth and gills so we can confirm the legitimacy of the claim
Send video within 2 hours of receiving the fish. Send video to info@discusflogrown.com
You must have signed for your delivery at the first attempt
All store credits exclude shipping charges.
Live arrival guarantee only applies to a successful first delivery.
Here is how we process your order
We ship Monday thru Wednesday. We don't ship beyond Wednesday in case of unforeseen shipping delays.
We ship via UPS overnight for delivery the next morning.
We will separate your fish for 24 to 48 hours without feed to minimize soiling the water in their bag.
All fish are shipping in insulated boxes specifically designed for live fish. They are multi-bagged and when needed a heat pack or cold pack will be used.
After your box is delivered to UPS we will email you the tracking number. You must be present to accept your fish at the first attempt of delivery for the live arrival guarantee.
Shipping costs depends on your zip code and the weight of your order. We ship to the 48 contiguous states Mon thru Wed. Most deliveries occur before 11:30 in the morning.
Local pick up is available by appointment
Orders under $150.00 dollars will incur an $8.00 box charge.
